  1. Thank you so much atty for your efforts. May God bless you a thousand folds and give you more power. However, we filipino nurses are a little bit worried because they say that there are so many indians with PD and there might be no chance for others if they will file their I-140 nxt month .

    1. If you look at the visa bulletin-Indians are backlogged at 2009 and filipinos are current in EB1, EB2 and are at November 2017 in EB3.. So why worry and cry about Indians?

    2. The thing is there might be more than 25,000 indian nurses with pd.

    3. So? Put yourself in their shoes and their wait times compared to your Entitlement mentality that you have to be first in line.. Just imagine if filipinos have a priority dates of 2009?

    4. Thats not what i think ? First in line ?? U dont get what i mean. We filipino nurses assumed that 25,000 visa would not be enough since india produced also high skilled nurses and there are a lot of them . But, we dont compete with them, they deserve also to get a visa. So dont think that we want to be the first in line.. we just want to be included also just like others.
